The platform
What is OneIBP?
OneIBP is a chapter operations and member services platform designed to help IBP chapters manage their day-to-day administrative work in a more organized, efficient, and reliable way.
It supports key chapter functions such as member records, dues and payment monitoring, events, certificates, notices, legal-aid related activities, and reportorial preparation through one centralized system.
OneIBP is made available through participating chapters. Access to the platform may be provided to authorized chapter personnel and, where enabled by the chapter, to members of that chapter. A member's ability to use OneIBP depends on whether their chapter has adopted the platform and granted access within its implementation.
Member services
Dues, compliance & records
Chapters configure their own dues catalogs, collection rules, MCLE compliance policies, legal-aid service tracking, and certificate types on the platform. Members, where enabled by their chapter, can view their statement of account, pay online, track MCLE credits and legal-aid hours, and request certificates — all against the chapter's own records.
Financial and compliance ledgers are append-only: corrections are made by reversing entries, never by silent edits, so the history of every peso and every credit unit remains traceable.
How chapters run on OneIBP
Who decides what
Every participating chapter runs its own affairs on OneIBP — its officers, roster, dues rules, compliance policies, and calendar belong to the chapter. The platform is the chapter's tool, not its governing body.
The chapter
Owns its records and rules. Its board of officers sets dues, MCLE and legal-aid policy, certificate types, and who among its personnel may administer the platform.
Chapter personnel
Presidents, treasurers, secretariats, and committees operate within permissions granted by the chapter — scoped to that chapter only.
OneIBP operations
The independent platform team maintains the system, onboards chapters, and provides support. It does not govern chapters or adjudicate bar matters.
Each chapter's current officers are listed on its chapter profile — browse the chapters directory. Elections and terms follow each chapter's own by-laws, independently of the platform.
Positioning
Independent, not official
OneIBP is an independently developed chapter support platform designed to complement—not replace—the official processes and systems of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). The IBP, its national board, and its chapters remain governed by the IBP’s by-laws and the directives of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, while all official policies, requirements, submissions, and compliance matters remain subject to the rules and systems of the appropriate authorities. Records, standings, and certificates presented through OneIBP reflect the participating chapter’s records as maintained on the platform and remain subject to official verification.
